Fake!  Not!

I was manning a booth at an antiques present in Denver quite a few several years back when a gentleman arrived in, carrying a manila envelope from which he eliminated a photograph of a painting.  “I’ve obtained a Winslow Homer that I want to offer,” he informed me.
