Born March 27, 1944 in Lima, Ohio, Connie was the daughter of the late Catherine Ferguson Palmer and Lester Eugene Palmer. In addition to her dad and mom she was preceded in loss of life by her son Nathan Palmer Manchester.
Connie grew up in Vandalia, Ohio, graduated from Earlham University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 1966 and gained her Master’s Degree in Occupational Remedy from Columbia University in 1973.
She and John fulfilled in Morgantown, WV. They ended up married August 4, 1979 and moved to Greenbrier County WV in July 1982 wherever she served John establish their dwelling in Renick.
